Rooted in tradition and discipline, Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and structured practice that follows a set sequence of postures, synchronized with breath. This class builds strength, flexibility, and mental focus through a progressive flow that challenges both body and mind. Great for: ✔ Those seeking a structured, traditional practice ✔ Building strength, stamina, and flexibility ✔ Developing discipline and deepening practice over time ✔ Connecting breath with movement in a powerful way Step onto your mat, embrace the challenge, and experience the transformative power of Ashtanga. These classes are in-person and run on the last Monday of the month at 7:30pm at Riddlesdown Collegiate, Honister Heights, CR8 1EX. Drop-in price of £12 per class. Alternatively our 5 x class pass at £55 (£11 per class) and our 10 x class pass at £100 (£10 per class) are the best option and value for money. They are both valid for 2 and 4 months and are considerably cheaper than paying an individual class drop-in.
