Hi, I'm Ana!
I’m a yoga teacher, mother, and lifelong student of conscious living. I balance a career in the corporate world with a deep commitment to holistic wellbeing — bridging structure and softness, discipline and intuition, movement and stillness.
Yoga, Ayurveda, and Meditation are not just practices I teach; they are the foundations that support my life. Through them, I help people slow down, reconnect, and cultivate steadiness amidst the demands of modern life.
With over 20 years of personal practice and formal training in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Mandala Flow, my classes are grounding yet dynamic — designed to build strength, mobility, and inner clarity. Breathwork, meditation, and yogic philosophy are thoughtfully woven into each session, creating a space that is both embodied and reflective.
Originally from Lisbon and now based in London, I share life with my partner and our two sons. I believe deeply in balance — between effort and ease, work and rest, Yin and Yang — and you’ll find that philosophy reflected both on and off the mat.
My teaching style is a extention of my self practice It is passionate, conscious, sincere — and human.
I create classes that are intelligent yet accessible, supportive yet empowering.
Whether you are new to yoga or deepening an established practice, you will be met with clarity, warmth, and respect for where you are in your journey.
Yoga, to me, is not about performance.
It is about presence.
And learning how to live with greater awareness, resilience, and care.
