Yes. All classes are guided with clear instruction and options for different levels. You’re welcome to move at your own pace.
Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing you can move in easily. A water bottle is optional.
You are welcome. Each class includes variations so you can reconnect gently and build confidence gradually.
Bookings are made online through the website. Simply choose a class from the schedule and complete the booking process.
Not at all. Flexibility develops with regular practice. Yoga meets you exactly where you are.
I teach Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga-inspired practices. Each class blends breath, movement and alignment to support body and mind.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before the class begins, so the space can be offered to someone else.
