Into the Light — A Yoga & Brunch Gathering
Summer is here. And this is your invitation to celebrate it.
Into the Light is the second HEAL Gathering — a morning of movement, nourishment and community in the heart of Croydon.
We begin with an energising dynamic yoga flow, designed to awaken the body and honour the height of summer. We move with breath, with intention and with each other — building heat, finding stillness, arriving fully in the longest days of the year.
We close the practice with a long, restorative savasana. A moment of complete surrender before we gather around the table.
Then brunch. A considered, nourishing spread at The Village Table — a beautiful independent café newly rooted in the heart of Croydon and already quietly becoming one of its most cherished spaces. Hot drinks, chia pots, pastries, fresh fruit and a slice of vegan banana and…
